What is a wedding content creator?
We’re the ones who captures candid, behind-the-scenes moments on your wedding day with phones and small devices — content you’ll have within 24 hours.
How long do I have access to my content?
You’ll receive all your raw content via Dropbox or Playbook within 24-48 hours, and it will remain available to download for 2 months. After this time, the files are automatically deleted. We recommend saving them to multiple devices or cloud storage to keep them safe forever.
How is this different from Photography & videography?
We’re instant. You’ll get hundreds of raw videos plus reels within 24-48 hours, while still having your photographer and videographer for the polished work.
Do I still need a Photographer/ videographer?
Yes, our service complements, not replaces. We will not capture your event unless a professional photographer or videographer is present.
Do you work well with the camera crew?
Absolutely! We blend in and work seamlessly with your team. We’ve even worked alongside a team of four professionals (two photographers and two videographers), proving nothing is impossible. The only difference may be the angles.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. Complimentary travel is included within 70km of Brisbane (round trip).

How long are the edits?
Edits range from 10–60 seconds. Longer edits can be requested for an additional cost. One retouch is included.
Can you record our full ceremony?
If you do not have a videographer, we do offer options to capture your full ceremony. If a videographer is present, we do not record the ceremony in full out of respect for their role. However, we can still capture key moments such as your vows for short-form content. Please reach out to discuss the options available.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.
Can you recommend vendors?
Absolutely. We love working with talented creatives and are always happy to share trusted recommendations. From photographers and florists to stylists and planners who align with your vision.
Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely! Every wedding is unique, and we’re happy to tailor coverage to suit your day, whether it’s additional hours, reels, or bespoke add-ons (price upon application).
How do I book?
Simply send us your full name and email so we can issue your invoice and contract. Once a screenshot of your deposit is received, your date is officially locked in.
